Data controller
Data collected on this website is processed by Camargue au fil de l'eau, the website publisher. For any question about your data: camargueaufildeleau@gmail.com.
Data collected
The website only collects personal data when you fill in the contact form:
- your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your phone number and organisation (club, team…);
- information about your project: programme, accommodation, number of participants, dates and message.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to reply to your request and to offer you a camp. The processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is never sold, transferred or used for any other purpose.
Recipients
Your data is intended solely for Camargue au fil de l'eau. It passes through two technical service providers acting on our instructions:
- Vercel Inc. (United States), the website host, which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework;
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States), which delivers the form emails. Resend is also certified under the Data Privacy Framework, and its data processing agreement includes the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention period
Your requests are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. If you become a client, the data needed to organise the camp is kept for the duration of our relationship, then for as long as our legal obligations require (accounting in particular).
Interactive map
The map on “The venue” page loads its images from the OpenStreetMap Foundation's servers, which receive your IP address in the process, as with any website you visit.
Audience measurement
To understand how the website is used (pages viewed, where visits come from, country, type of device), we use Umami, a cookieless audience measurement tool provided by Umami Software, Inc. The resulting statistics are anonymous and aggregated: your IP address is only used, at the time of your visit, to estimate your country and count unique visitors; it is not kept in the statistics.
This measurement is based on our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used in order to improve it. It is not used for advertising or to track you on other websites.
Cookies
The website uses no advertising or audience measurement cookies. It only stores the items below, which are strictly necessary for it to work and therefore exempt from consent:
- a cookie remembering your chosen language (NEXT_LOCALE, kept for one year);
- a session item so the opening animation only plays once (deleted when you close the tab).
Your rights
You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, request restriction of its processing, object to it or request its portability by writing to camargueaufildeleau@gmail.com.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
